Consular Matters - Visa Information
as of 8th July 2008
Visa are waived for visits of not more than 30 days for nationals of Austria, German, Ireland, Malaysian, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Oman, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
Visas are also waived for visits of not more than 14 days for nationals of Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Hungary,
Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Laos, Luxembourg, Maldives, Norway, Philippines, Peru, Poland, Slovak, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, Thailand and The Principality of Liechtenstein.
Whereas nationals of Australia and
Qatar are issued visa on arrival at the Brunei International Airport for visits not exceeding 14 days.
All other nationals entering Brunei Darussalam must have visas obtainable from any Brunei Darussalam diplomatic missions abroad.
Foreign nationals entering Brunei Darussalam for employment purposes must have the appropriate visa and employment pass
prior to their arrival.
Their spouses and children under 18 years of age of pass holders are required to obtain dependents' passes.
