Message: I would like to thank Mr. LEONG CHEE HOI (Roger) who helped me when I had a problem in the Immigration Department. On 30th Oct, Friday, I am HKSAR passport holder. After being held for almost five and a half hours and was eventually released and allowed to enter the country with a Transit Visa.

He has so patient to explain to me and assisted me through phone. He even allowed Ms. SERI BUJANG to stay with me at the airport. She bought â?oJollibeeâ? chicken for my lunch. She is so nice and so patient to help me. 
 
Mr. Mohd Dani Bin Adenan (Danny), he is such a knowledgeable and patient tour guide. We are thoroughly enjoyed the day trip. 
 
On 1st Nov. I have the problem for my â?oTransit Flightâ? with the broading pass, so I called Mr. Leong Chee Hoi who sent Mr. KONG CHUNG SUNG to help me all the way at the airport. Mr. Kong is so responsible, excellent and friendly.  
 
All these staffs of Freme Travel Services make me so memorable and impressed. The way they take care of their guests with their kindness and friendliness service touch my heart. We are so peaceful and relaxed during our stay in Brunei. They should be recognized. They are the BEST. We thank them from the bottom of my heart.
