How to use the Holiday Planner
Step 1: Select the City of your choice.
This brings you to a screen which  displays a list of tour modules and an itinerary planner for the city you have selected.
About the Tour Modules
Each tour module represents a day's activity and is identified by a module code (eg PER025, SYD018, MEL007, etc).
To view the full details, click on the ‘Tour Details’ button.
Unless specified, all tours operate on a daily sit-in-coach basis. All modules also include the accommodation component, except for the departure modules.
The cost of each tour module depends on the activity and hotel selected. It includes hotel accommodation and land tour services only and excludes air fares and meals. However, breakfast may be included as some hotel rates are inclusive of this item.
Step 2: Select the Tour Modules of your choice.
 After reviewing the modules, select the modules of your choice and list them down by the module code numbers on the Tour Planner on the right.
About the Tour Planner
The Tour Planner offers 7 boxes, each representing a day, for customers to fill in their selected module codes (e.g. PER001, PER025, PER004, etc). If more days for an extended tour are required, click on the “Additional Day” button to add more days.
When done, click on the “View Itinerary” button for a detailed itinerary of the tour programme you have selected. You have the option to print out this itinerary or go back to amend your plan until you have an itinerary that suits you.
Step 3: Check the Estimated Costs.
After you have settled on the choice of  modules and tour itinerary, click on the “Hotel Category” button to select your choice of hotel. The estimated costs based on the hotel you have selected will be shown immediately in the table based on different rooming patterns (i.e. an adult occupying single, twin or triple room and a child sharing room with 2 adults)
You may select another hotel category and/or hotel for comparison*.
*NOTE: The computed costs are only estimations of the land arrangements but they should be very close to the final actual costs on confirmation of the room and tour reservations.
The rates shown are subject to changes depending on room availability and/or seasonal surcharges.
Step 4: Request for booking
When you have decided on your holiday plan, click the “Booking” button. Your chosen holiday plan will be sent by e-mail to our Travel Consultants for their necessary action.
