Action on Cigarettes being brought in through Immigration Posts

Please be informed that under the provisions of the Customs Order (Prohibition and Restriction on Import and Export), Cigarettes without Health Warning on their packages are not allowed to be brought in to Brunei.

Also, any person that fails to declare cigarettes at the Customs Inspection Post is guilty of an offence. Should he also avoid paying the taxes, compound fine will be applicable as per the table below:
