Freme 13th Travel Fair 2016
We are humbled by the success of our 13th Travel Fair and would like to express our sincere thanks to all our customers for their tremendous support and feedback.
The huge turnout meant that you had to wait before being served and we truly appreciate your patience. With the help of our new queuing system, this year's average waiting time was 87 minutes add 55 minutes on Friday and Saturday respectively; although this is a vast improvement over last year's average of 3 hours, we aim to do even better next year.
Special thanks also go to our trade partners; Royal Brunei Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Baiduri Bank, Tourism Malaysia, Radisson Hotel, Sabre Travel Network, DCON & Ambience for their unstinting efforts in making the event such a successful one.
